Job Description:

  • You will be accountable for technical activities across multiple customer product solution implementations
  • You will provide effort estimation, monitor technical staffing needs, tasks, review code, documentation, identify technical risks and handle mitigation
  • You will handle customer technical escalations.
  • You will understand the requirements and perform technical impact assessment for customer new requirements, change requests or bug fixes.
  • You will provide hands-on technical inputs to design, maintenance, build, integration and testing of complex software according to functional and technical design specifications
  • You will maintain the basic quality process, perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for problems, measure them and take corrective actions
  • You will ensure all the project agreed deliverables are completed on time to the required level of quality.
  • You will review Technical Design & Documentation, installation notes, release notes and guide team members
  • You will lead and coach multiple technical staffs of backend and front-end developers.
  • You will develop and motivates project team — Improves team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale
  • Cross-functional team collaboration Like product/platform, sales, marketing

 Skills Sets:

  • 10+ years of experience in inspiring and leading technical teams and delivering scalable complex technical products, which includes working in fast-paced startup(s)
  • Should have driven technical architectural presentations to customer IT team
  • Should have worked and managed at least 2 large Enterprise Customer product implementations
  • Installations & troubleshooting, Error logging mechanism designing improvements
  • Handle junior staff technical skills challenges and mentoring them to improve the overall productivity of the professional services team
  • Maintain technical knowledge management and Built re-usable components/ utilities/agents/widgets
  • Hands-on experience in Node.JS / Express.JS / Hapi.js / Koa.js (or any other Web Framework), NoSQL DBs and Relational Database (preferably MySQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Hands on experience in Jest or other Javascript testing frameworks
  • Strong understanding of systems using real-time interactions (web sockets, long-polling, server-sent events)
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.
  • Nice to have implementation of security and data protection.
  • Nice to have experience managing multiple services and modules with distributed and scalable systems.

Would be nice if you have experience in

  • HTML5, CSS3, Angular.JS or React.js
  • Kafka, or other messaging platforms
  • Microservices and distributed architectures
  • GraphQL, DevOps Knowledge
