What will you be doing?

Talent Acquisition

§  Review. Successfully review Job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s). This is by far the most important skill a technical recruiter needs.
§  Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills to hire Right talent
§  Identify. Sourcing and uncovering candidates
§  Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
§  Interview. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications
§  Following up. Keep your candidates in the loop. This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
§  Present. Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider

    • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
    • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
    • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met

    • Follow up with candidates from time to time of Recruitment Process

 Preferred HR Operations Knowledge

    • Manage On-boarding of new joiners
    • Plan & Manage New Joiner Induction
    • Coordinate with Vendors for Back Ground Verification
    • Development of HR Policies & Procedures, Implement, Document and Monitor
    • Preparation and issuance of various HR letters
    • Personnel file management and documentation
    • Providing accurate & timely input for payroll & benefits administration
    • Administration of Leave Management Portal, Workday
    • On time records upgradation
    • Managing Exit process formalities
    • MIS & Employee data preparation & updation
    • Employment Confirmation
    • Managing Employee Referrals 

  Who will be the right fit?

  • Anyone with 3 – 5 years of experience in Recruitment 
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to learn technical information
  • Self-confidence and self-starter
  • Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing, and formatting
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required
  • Must be detail oriented, have strong management skills, and be able to coordinate many record keeping activities at once
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of the team
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency
  •  Proven ability to successfully tackle complex human resources
