Inside Sales Executives / Managers

*What will you be doing?*

  • You will be working to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships in Specific regions - Americas, MEA + EU, APAC + ANZ
  • You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of Payjo's customer base in those regions
  • You will showcase your competence in sales and customer service experience
  • You should be able to achieve a balance between customer orientation with a results-driven approach
  • The major goal for you is to identify opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction

*What are your responsibilities?*

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • An expert in conversations - generate leads leveraging cold-calling, e-mail, Linkedin and other professional networks
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Demonstrate our platform to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance Payjo's reputation
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

*Who will be the right fit?*

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Account Executive, Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in other sales/customer service role
  • Prior experience in selling in any of the regions (Americas, MEA + EU, APAC + ANZ) is preferred
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and Passionate about closing deals
  • BSc or BBA/MBA, sales or marketing

Note -
Working hours of the SDR would be based on the geography they are managing.
