Director - Inside Sales

What will you be doing?

  • Managing SDR teams across all geographies and driving them to meet their targets
  • Engage in all activities necessary to ensure your team meet its targets
  • Directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of Payjo's customer base across the globe
  • Ensure all conversations with prospects turn into long-term profitable relationships

What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage the SDR team
  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate with all necessary and relevant departments to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and targets and ensure targets are attained
  • Demonstrate our platform to prospective clients as and when necessary
  • Ensure your team provides professional after-sales support to enhance Payjo's reputation
  • Ensure your team remains in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company‚Äôs reputation
  • Get involved in negotiating agreements as and when necessary and keep records of sales and data

Who will be the right fit?

  • A clear track record of meeting & exceeding targets
  • 10+ years of proven experience in inside sales roles
  • 5+ years of managing an SDR/Account Executive team in inside sales
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office & knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Business acumen
  • Enthusiastic, Passionate & extensive experience in closing deals
  • BSc or BBA/MBA, sales or marketing
  • Prior experience in selling to US/Europe is preferred. Experience in selling to multiple geographies is a plus.
