What will you be doing?

You will be working on building organizational and technical writing skills to execute business-critical RFPs and RFIs, but is equally comfortable contributing to creative, campaign-driven sales collateral, client and product communications, and other projects supporting our Sales & Marketing strategies.


You will be working closely with the Sales team to respond to RFPs, RFIs and other proposals; assist with the execution of the marketing plan for new and existing lines of business by contributing to the development of marketing materials and presentations to support Payjo’s business development efforts; you will manage and support campaigns in Salesforce / Hubspot / other CRMs.
You will also require some travel to client bids, events, and tradeshows.
You should have excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
Software products business knowledge in the BFSI domain is a must along with demonstrated skills of previous experience in all of the above.

You will coordinate, obtain and draft language for response to RFPs and RFIs, and maintain a complete and accurate database of responses; work closely with business stakeholders (Sales / Marketing / Design / Product / Dev) to ensure the accuracy of information. Partner with sales team on various business development opportunities.
You will engage with clients to understand preferences and RFP requirements from our customers and apply that knowledge to the response and prospective customer communications.
You will monitor bid schedules and uphold deadlines. Keep involved stakeholders up to date and manage. Attend and participate in daily scrums, brainstorming and stakeholder meetings.
You will track RFP releases and remains abreast of industry trends and competitive communication; share knowledge and apply to strategy.
You will collaborate with members of Sales & Marketing to create marketing materials that may include print and electronic Sales collateral, targeted client and prospective customer communications, Sales Decks, interactive and engaging content.
You will work with Sales & Marketing leadership to create executive level presentations. Involvement in other sales-related functions including client events and tradeshows as well as other key initiatives.
You will manage key sales data (via Salesforce, Hubspot etc.) to track activity and manage lead generation and nurturing activities.

Who will be the right fit

Bachelor's/Master’s degree from four-year college or university (degree in Engineering / MBA preferred) and 5-7 years’ experience creating technical content in a Sales and Marketing environment, a majority portion of which has been focused selling in the Fintech and BFSI domain. Knowledge of both Private and Public-Sector bidding in the BFSI domain.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and formal presentation skills
Demonstrated experience in the effective proposal including RFP, RFI writing
Experience with CRM systems desired, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot
Demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects, coordinating across multiple disciplines and teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Acclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plans.
