What you will be doing?

  • You will identify and explore business opportunities through the channel ecosystem that will elevate the organization to the next level.
  • You will manage channel relationships & be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our channel ecosystem.
  • You will be managing sales and customer service experience, and should be able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
  • Your goal will be to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a channel partner to securing a deal to leveraging the opportunity to the max
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present Payjo platform to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Who will be the right fit?

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager / Alliances Manager
  • Knowledge of market research, channel sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
