What you will be doing

  • You will be the face for most of the client communication.
  • You will be responsible for developing client-specific solutions as a part of Presales lifecycle .
  • You will contribute actively towards the larger sales cycle.
  • Would be expected to understand client's explicit needs and align those requirements with Payjo's Intelligent Banking Assistant Platform Solutions.

Job Description

  • Support the sales team with the required Platform & Solution information, proposal generation, demos, PoC etc.
  • Be the main interface for all Platform-related inquiries and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders (both Internal & external) as a trusted advisor.
  • Scope projects, describe project phases and construct a high-level implementation plan in consultation with the Professional services team.
  • Work closely with the Platform pricing and Professional services team for building commercial estimates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitive products and industry/market trends.
  • Conduct demos and POCs for solutions.
  • Design and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Drive discussions with the customer’s business and technical staff at increasing levels of complexity.
  • Manage customer technical issues by working closely with the Platform and Product team.
  • Provide product feedback from customers to the Product team
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and training events.

Required skills

  • Having 2 years of software product industry experience, preferably in Presales/Solutions consulting roles.
  •  Must have hands-on experince in creating RFP/RFI responses and proposals
  • Must have created Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Must understand estimates, project plans and presales as a whole.
  • B.E./B.Tech mandatory.
  • MBA from a reputed institute is an added advantage
  • English: Fluent (Spoken and written)
