Job Description:
Excellent understanding of his/her company's product features, related technologies & domain.
Able to design various solutions (AI Agents) that could be deployed across multiple channels, modes and languages which meets the industry best requirements
A results-driven domain consultant who can provide solutions to meet customer priorities within the limits of platform
Proactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, solution blue prints etc.
Proactively identify & work with partners to bring innovative joint frameworks, solutions and offerings that would accelerate business opportunities
Assist in building product demonstrations, proof of concepts and responding to RFPs/RFIs along with the global system integrator / solution partners
Work closely with Sales & Pre-Sales team to tap the opportunities across new/existing Middle-east, European & US based accounts.
Show case product and solution concepts via presentations, demos, user generalization and effective documentation
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders from product management, engineering, marketing and delivery functions while designing solutions for the customers
Lead or be part of the customer success teams to ensure the project completion meets the desired impact of the solution proposed
Engage with our existing and prospective customers and help them to adopt My Client's products and solutions to meet their business requirements
Support clients through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption and usage
On an on-going basis, ensure consistent growth in the use-case awareness, adoption and usage
Provide regular and adequate end user feedback to the product team
Create opportunities for up-selling of company's offerings
Lead client training sessions
Who will be a right fit?
Bachelor of Engineering & Masters from Tier 1 college (must)
Experience range between 8-12 years
Excellent in both verbal & written communication
Worked as a Domain/Solution Consultant with Tier 1 International Banks
Should have worked as Business Analyst or Product Manager in previous roles
Exposure to different verticals of Banking concepts, API banking concepts, open banking concepts
Exposure to latest technical terminologies
Experience working with client’s senior management profiles
Should have experience working in either Retail Banking or Investment Banking vertical
