What would you be doing?
- Requirement Gathering (incl. understanding the existing process flow & clarifying application queries from client team
- Preparation of requirements deliverables for the project Epics, User Stories, Approach Document, Functional Specification Document etc, as per the need of the project.
- Draft Solution approach document and seek sign off from client & solution architects
- Create a detailed conversations flow document with comprehensive flows and user experience for the proposed solution
- Work with UI designers for wireframes, prototypes or mark-ups, as necessary
- Create informational model (Experiences, Entities, Properties, Inputs, Values) in Knowledge Studio
- Create response templates in Knowledge Studio & get design built for non-text components with UI designer
- Advise the functional logic to System Integration developers
- Creating Communication Model (Synonyms, Trigger Phrases, Tokens, Phrases & Text in the responses in activities) in Knowledge Studio
- Simultaneously work with multiple clients and drive their business needs appropriately
- Participate in daily scrum calls, weekly status meetings
- Manage Scope Control / Change Control
- Agree with client on activity prioritization & accordingly maintain the product backlog
- Maintain the requirements section in JIRA up-to-date with signed-off documents as well as keep the product backlog updated with the appropriate status
- Draft Test Scenarios and review Test Cases in co-ordination with the QA team
- Create test data and assist in UAT as required
- Perform User Acceptance Testing
- Seek UAT Sign-off & ensure the product shipment as per the requirements agreed with the client.
- Monitor Kanban boards and identify any new tickets created/updated
- Set-up Client demos and capture feedback
- Contribute to product enhancements by performing market research
- Open for travel to client side (both domestic / international) during requirement gathering and / or deployment support
Who will be a right fit?
- Bachelor of Engineering & Masters from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges (must)
- 8 to 12 years of industry experience
- Good to have US visa
- Should have been part of a digital transformation programme (such as legacy system upgrade, API banking etc.)
